GYMNASTICS-MIX MARTIAL ART AND CREATIVE DANCE
Ages 4 yrs to 9 yrs
Next Summer 2020 we will have a fantastic camp. 1st will be Gymnastics for the future gymnasts design to teach the early stages of balance, coordination, flexibility and strength which involve uneven bars, beams, floor, rings, and rope. 2nd is Mix Martial Art will teach fighting techniques, striking, kicking and grappling.
Will also teach your child focus, self discipline, self defense, socialization skills, and fitness confidences.
3rd Creative Dance children learn dance fundamentals while improving motor skills, self expression, confidence, imagination and social development
